Beginning of 2004
Because I like the Java applets (interactive 3D models of the Cube to explain combinations of turns) I'd like to have the same, but for a Professor Cube (5x5x5 Cube) on my home page. Due to the Java online course I've learnt the basics of Java programming, so that I finally succeeded in changing the 3x3x3 Cube to a 5x5x5 Cube.

Sometime beginning of 2004, perhaps even earlier
The web site www.kantenkreuz.de inspires me to make a similar site for a 5x5x5 Cube.
